Deluxe Rooms

Evocatively named, each space offers supreme comfort and elegance

Befitting one of Britain’s top luxury boutique hotels, the Deluxe Rooms draw inspiration from Raymond Blanc’s travels. Imaginative and romantic details combine with top-tier comforts to delight all of the senses.

Bluebell

Compact but perfectly formed, this cosy room is nestled into the eaves of the main house. The evocative Toile de Jouy wallpaper matches the soft linens on the pillowy double bed, wrapping you into a whimsical embrace. The classically French interior is accompanied by quintessentially English courtyard views—best enjoyed while daydreaming from the window seat.

Emily

A historic haven, this room is in the oldest part of the manor dating back to the 15th-century. Original wooden beams sit low in the space, filling the room with authentic character and charm. Twin windows create a light and bright feel and offer gorgeous views onto the courtyard.

Mimosa

Shimmering “Lemone Silk” Chase Erwin fabric envelops the grand centrepiece bed with moments of yellow blossom and delicate foliage throughout this beautiful room. A compact but charming en-suite tucks into the eaves, while the room’s views offer a glimpse of the greenery beyond the manor’s orangerie.

Orchid

Contemporary and warm, this elegant room features textured grass-paper walls and tactile fabrics that radiate understated luxury. The en-suite is compact but well-appointed, while the whole space is inviting and serene.

Chinoiserie

A silk half tester bed hanging, hand-painted silk Fromental wallpaper and a private garden terrace celebrate the art and design of the romantic Far East.

Botticelli

A glorious spiral staircase links the bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs you’ll find gold-trimmed furniture, and two freestanding Victorian tubs upstairs.

Le Rouge et Le Noir

Uncompromising with deep reds and jet blacks, this room is a mood. The striking palette invites you to revel in the drama and sensuality of a space that is brimming with ornate details and indulgent touches.
